Ways to work together

Consulting and critical incident readiness

A written plan is a starting point. We help organizations review their critical incident plans, clarify responsibilities, examine support systems, and identify gaps. Together, we consider how those plans would work in the circumstances your people may actually face.

Teaching and training

We teach together, bringing complementary experience and practical examples to conversations about critical incidents, peer support, leadership, and sustaining people through demanding work. Training can be developed around your audience, setting, and priorities.

Private coaching and leadership guidance

Anne works individually with mental health professionals and leaders who want an experienced perspective and who value a structured space for clarity, coherence, and thoughtful direction.

Conversations may focus on professional challenges, ethical complexity, transitions, or the life and work someone wants to shape next.

Critical incident consultation and response

Following a line-of-duty death, mass casualty, or other consequential event, Anne is available by arrangement for consultation and response support. Each engagement is shaped around the circumstances, responsibilities, and people involved.

Contact us to discuss your needs, scope, availability, and fees.

Our guiding philosophy

Simplicity Reconnect™

Simplicity Reconnect is the philosophy woven throughout CTRN. It brings attention to the whole person: mind, body, heart, and soul, and our relationships with one another and the natural world.

If you tried a challenge at our table, you have already encountered one way into the practice: an ordinary experience, a little curiosity, and a choice about what comes next.
