FAQs
What is the Chiron Therra Resilience Network (CTRN)?
The Chiron Therra Resilience Network (CTRN) is an integrated ecosystem devoted to resilience, recovery, and meaningful human development. It brings together four interconnected entities: Chiron Center, Therra, Source Resilience, and The Ranch. Each serves a distinct role across trauma response, education, leadership support, and nature-based healing.
At the core of CTRN is Simplicity Reconnect™, a guiding philosophy that helps individuals and communities cultivate clarity, rhythm, and resilience through intentional, evidence-aligned practices.
Who coordinates CTRN?
CTRN is coordinated by founder Anne E. Kellogg, whose work spans more than three decades in trauma recovery, crisis leadership, systems navigation, and integrative human support. Anne collaborates with trusted partners and facilitators across CTRN’s entities to ensure that each offering is held with depth, integrity, and ethical clarity.
What is Simplicity Reconnect™?
Simplicity Reconnect™ is the foundational philosophy that informs all CTRN offerings. It weaves together ten core practices that support the mind, body, heart, and soul, while honoring the regulating intelligence of the natural world.
Inspired by ancient wisdom and informed by modern science, Simplicity Reconnect provides practical, accessible ways to restore coherence, build resilience, and live with greater intention.
What programs and resources does CTRN offer?
CTRN offers a spectrum of programs designed to meet people where they are, including:
Workshops and Retreats that support reflection, learning, and embodied practice
Continuing Education (CE) programs for mental health professionals, public safety personnel, and organizational teams
Virtual Offerings focused on trauma-informed leadership, resilience, and integration
Written Guides and Frameworks that support navigation through stress, change, and recovery
Details are available on the Programs, CEUs, & Resources page.
What is Bield™?
Bield™ is a private, three-month personal integration intensive offered through Source Resilience. Designed for high-functioning individuals shaped by sustained responsibility, Bield serves those at quiet but consequential thresholds, often after achievement, leadership, or long periods of carrying others.
This work is non-clinical in form and integrative in nature. It emphasizes reflection, synthesis, and discernment rather than performance goals or optimization. Bield offers a structured, confidential space to gather what has been lived and prepare thoughtfully for what comes next.
What is Through the Irrevocable™?
Through the Irrevocable™ is a specialized offering within Source Resilience designed for moments when change is sudden, defining, and irreversible. This includes circumstances involving death, violence, catastrophic loss, or events that permanently alter one’s life or leadership role.
This work provides private, trauma-informed support to decision-makers and individuals navigating acute aftermath. It is distinct from Bield in both timing and intensity, and is intended for situations that require immediate containment, clarity, and grounded presence.
Do I have to be in crisis to work with CTRN?
No. Much of CTRN’s work is designed for periods of outward stability when an inner shift, learning edge, or season of integration is underway.
CTRN offers multiple pathways of support, each held with intention and clarity:
Chiron Center offers peer-based and community-oriented trauma support, particularly for first responders and those impacted by crisis.
Therra provides teaching, presentations, and continuing education focused on resilience, trauma-informed leadership, systems awareness, and embodied well-being.
Bield supports subtle or unnamed transitions that call for integration, reflection, and reorientation rather than intervention.
Through the Irrevocable exists for acute situations involving defining loss, rupture, or irreversible change, providing private, trauma-informed support when clarity and steadiness are urgently needed.
Still Standing and animal-assisted learning experiences support restoration, grounding, and connection through land-based and equine-centered engagement.
Kindred Ranchlings offers children and family-centered programs grounded in nature, relationship, and developmental resilience.
Each pathway is intentionally distinct so individuals, families, and organizations can receive the right kind of support at the right time, without being forced into a crisis frame.
How does CTRN integrate nature into its programs?
Nature is a core regulating and orienting force across CTRN. Whether through land-based experiences at The Ranch, sensory and somatic practices within programs, or the philosophical grounding of Simplicity Reconnect™, the natural world is honored as a source of resilience, rhythm, and restoration.
